This is the third phase of a multi-phase whole house transformation designed to transform a Wilton Home built in the late seventies. Cannondale redesigned, remodeled, and created the kitchen, family room, powder room, dining room, and deluxe laundry room. This project won a 2005 HOBI award for Best Residential Remodel under $250,000.00.
